We offer Letter Replacement for customers. You never know when a letter or two will be lost , broken, thrown away, or eaten by the family pet.  Don't worry we can make a new one for you if you give us some information.

Please allow 6-8 weeks, as we do them in batches, in between regular stool production.

Helpful information when ordering replacement letters

To help with choosing the correct color of letter here is how we paint our letters:

Primary Stools: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue..... and then we repeat with Red and so on.

Pastel Stools:  Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue, Lavender..... and then we repeat with Pink and so on.

If you have a stool name with more then one of the same letter we need to know which letter it is to be replaced: example: Cooper has two o's
