Product Description

We offer Letter Replacement for customers. You never know when a letter or two will be lost , broken, thrown away, or eaten by the family pet.  Don't worry we can make a new one for you if you give us some information.

Please allow 6-8 weeks, as we do them in batches, in between regular stool production.

Helpful information when ordering replacement letters

To help with choosing the correct color of letter here is how we paint our letters:

Primary Stools: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue..... and then we repeat with Red and so on.

Pastel Stools:  Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue, Lavender..... and then we repeat with Pink and so on.

If you have a stool name with more then one of the same letter we need to know which letter it is to be replaced: example: Cooper has two o's

    Had to order a replacement letter as sadly my dog got ahold of it! Process is very easy and they remind you to chose correct color if you have 2 of the same letter in the name stool. Would order again if necessary!

    I got one of the great handcrafted kids stools that this great site has, and I ordered some replacement letters just in case. As a mom, I know kids loose things, so I wanted to be sure I had backups. The replacement letters fit just as well as the originals, and looked just as good!

    I would suggest ordering replacement letters for your kids personalized name stool when you order it. After seeing my kids loose some letters, get them filthy and all that, i wish i had replacements on hand. However, the replacements I ordered did come fast and they fit well.

    I was a little worried that that replacement letters for my personalized puzzle stools wouldn't fit as well as the original. Well I had no need to worry at all, as they were good as new! They came fast, which was good because my kids were pretty upset when they couldn't find their letters. Great service and prefect fit!

    My granddaugher Maya absolutely loves her personalized letter stool. When our new lab puppy chewed up her letter she was crushed. I ordered two sets just in case - Tim's Unique gifts alwasy come through and worked out a great discounted rate for me since I needed to only two sets of letters and not a whole new stool.
