Product Description

We offer Letter Replacement for customers. You never know when a letter or two will be lost , broken, thrown away, or eaten by the family pet.  Don't worry we can make a new one for you if you give us some information.

Please allow 6-8 weeks, as we do them in batches, in between regular stool production.

Helpful information when ordering replacement letters

To help with choosing the correct color of letter here is how we paint our letters:

Primary Stools: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue..... and then we repeat with Red and so on.

Pastel Stools:  Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue, Lavender..... and then we repeat with Pink and so on.

If you have a stool name with more then one of the same letter we need to know which letter it is to be replaced: example: Cooper has two o's

    Our replacement letter came in in a timely manner. Having a toddler, it is never promised when you will see certain items again, so it is really nice to be able to order replacement letters.

    My 6 yr old granddaughter misplaced her letter “R” in the family move to Texas so I contacted Tim’s to hopefully get a replacement, as it was 6 yrs since I purchased the stool. Ordering was easy and and shipping was timely. Thank you for a great transaction !!

    My step stool is 16 years old and still looks great, as a little girl letters to my stool were lost. My Grandmother called Tim’s and spoke to a very nice lady that helped out a lot in getting replacements letters and renewing the 3 I have left. Great job done on my stool, I’m now almost 19 years.

    I have loved these stools for my own kids and gifts. My son is now 15 (received as a baby gift) and unfortunately misplaced one letter and chipped another over the years. I still wanted it to be complete and it was so easy to order and replace new letters! Wish I did it sooner! Great product! Thanks!

    Amazing - 9 years after ordering our first stool with letters - I had to reorder lost letters. They were able to completely fulfill my orders, easily and with such cheery customer service. Love their products and so happy.

    We finally ordered a replacement letter for my granddaughter’s step stool. She has two of the same letters in her name & I thought the last letter was missing but when I ordered, customer service contacted me to verify because the color option I chose was for the middle letter. I had no idea that was the sequence. We received a perfect match!
