There will be time for less sophisticated and more commercialized toys later. In the mean time, let your son or daughter learn the ropes and numerous other skills with an educational toy like the ones we make at Tim’s Unique Products -- ala are educational puzzle stools.

Educational toys offer a variety of advantages that other types of toys do not. They include but are not limited too:

Motor Skills- Motor skills are your baby's physical abilities. Fine motor skills generally involve movements of the hands and fingers. Gross motor, meanwhile skills usually involve the whole body with movements like, jumping, walking and crawling. This often will consist of delicate movements like turning a door handle and pressing buttons.

Independent Play- This is a child’s ability to be able to play with a toy independently, without having the help from his or her parents. The achievement should be considered a big milestone in a child’s life to better give them confidence and independence in themselves.

Role Play- Considered a pretty frequent activity for a child, when he or she pretends to play the part for someone other than themself. This can be performed by the child in many ways such as child playing the role of a doctor, pilot or a police officer.

Visual Awareness- When a child is able to better see objects and be cognizant of how close or far away an object is. It is also where the child has the ability to see objects clearly, and they are able to be aware of how far or near a certain object is.
